Ticket Terms & Conditions

This ticket is sold by Boomerang Dreaming Operations Pty Ltd (ABN 34 646 389 746) who is responsible for the Event. Boomerang Dreaming Operations Pty Ltd is an Australian Private Company operating in Australia. The following conditions are both of sale (including any resale or subsequent assignment), entry and attendance at the Event.

‘You’ and ‘your’ refers to the customer. ‘We’, ‘us’, ‘our’, ‘Boomerang’ and ‘Event organiser’ refers to Boomerang Dreaming Operations Pty Ltd its employees, contractors, volunteers and authorised persons. This agreement means these terms and conditions and any other conditions specified by us on our website and booking forms.

Entry Ticket

  1. Photo ID is required for age and name verification and for entry by all ticket holders.
    1. ADULT TICKET 18+: You must be 18+ years in age to eligibly enter the Festival with this ticket.
    2. YOUTH TICKET 12-17 YEARS: You must be 12-17 years in age to eligibly enter the Festival with this ticket.
  2. This ticket is sold for entry to the Festival itself and DOES NOT include additional ticket costs for Camping or Car Parking.
  3. Festival Entry for 3-day Tickets can be claimed at the time of the festival, for the 3 consecutive days of Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
  4. No refunds or exchanges on any ticket except as required by and/or specified by the Live Performance Australia Industry Code of Practice. Incorrect purchases are NOT eligible for a refund.
  5. You may reissue (change the name on your ticket) for a nominated fee per ticket, however, the name and age must match the individual entering with the reissued ticket.
  6. Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including online auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes. If a ticket is used in breach of these conditions, it may be cancelled without refund and the ticket bearer may be refused admission.
  7. Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged, defaced or are not purchased from an authorised point of sale (i.e. Viagogo).
  8. Festival tickets are sold per person.
  9. Festival wristbands are not transferable, you will be required to exchange this ticket for a wristband. Any wristbands that are removed or tampered with will NOT be replaced.
  10. The right to admission is reserved and is subject to the seller’s and the venue’s terms of admission.
  11. It is a condition of entry that a search of your person and possessions may be required. For a full list of prohibited items please visit www.boomerangfestival.com.au
  12. You acknowledge that neither we nor the event organiser will be responsible for any loss or damage to property (including money or other personal items) brought to or purchased at the event by you or your invitees.
  13. Entry is at own risk and the right to refuse entry is reserved. The promoter or venue shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damages sustained entering on the site –to the extent allowed by law.
  14. In the event of injury or illness, we may at our discretion, and at the cost of the Patron, arrange medical treatment and/or emergency evacuation as deemed essential or necessary for the safety of the Patron (and/or other Patrons at the Event).

Camping

  1. Photo ID is required for age and name verification and for entry by all ticket holders.
    1. ADULT TICKET 18+: You must be 18+ years in age to eligibly enter the Campgrounds with this ticket.
    2. YOUTH TICKET 12-17 YEARS: You must be 15-17 years in age to eligibly enter the Campgrounds with this ticket.
  2. This ticket is sold for entry to the Campground itself and DOES NOT include entry to the festival or additional ticket costs for other Camping Extras.
  3. You must hold a valid Festival Entry ticket that coincides with their Camping ticket in order to gain entry to the Campgrounds. For example, you must have a 3-day Festival Entry ticket to be able to hold a 3-day Camping ticket.
  4. No refunds or exchanges on any ticket except as required by and/or specified by the Live Performance Australia Industry Code of Practice. Incorrect purchases are NOT eligible for a refund.

  11. All single-day and 3-day campers must arrive after 10.00am on the first valid day stated on their camping ticket and must depart the campsite by 10am on the day their ticket becomes invalid. 3-day campers may arrive from 10am Friday.
  12. Entry for arrival and set-up to the campsite closes at 10pm daily.

  14. The Boomerang festival site and campgrounds are DRUG, ALCOHOL AND GLASS FREE.
  15. You acknowledge that neither we nor the event organiser will be responsible for any loss or damage to property (including money or other personal items) brought to or purchased at the event by you or your invitees.
  16. Entry is at own risk and the right to refuse entry is reserved. The promoter or venue shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damages sustained entering on the site –to the extent allowed by law.

Day Parking Ticket

*Included for those with camping tickets but required should you wish to move your vehicle from the campground throughout the duration of the festival.

  1. This pass must be printed and displayed on the driver’s side dashboard of your vehicle.
  2. The pass should be positioned so that is clearly visible from the exterior of the vehicle but does not obstruct the driver’s vision.
  3. Vehicles not displaying the pass will be refused entry to the Day Car Park.
  4. Vehicles cannot be left in the Day Car Park overnight. Sleeping in vehicles in the Day Car Park is not allowed. If you plan to drink alcohol please organise a responsible mode of transportation.
  5. Passes contain a barcode that will be scanned upon arrival. Do not damage or tamper with this barcode or your entry will be denied.
  6. Passes apply to one vehicle only. Passes are not reusable on more than one vehicle and must not be altered.
  7. Passes apply solely to the day(s) specified on your Day Parking ticket. Passes are not reusable on more than one day and must not be altered.
  8. This ticket is sold for Day Parking for your vehicle and DOES NOT include entry to the festival or additional ticket costs for Camping.
  9. No refunds or exchanges on any ticket except as required by and/or specified by the Live Performance Australia Industry Code of Practice. Incorrect purchases are NOT eligible for a refund.

  16. Entry is at own risk and the right to refuse entry is reserved. The promoter or venue shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damages sustained entering on the site –to the extent allowed by law.
  17. In the event of injury or illness, we may at our discretion, and at the cost of the Patron, arrange medical treatment and/or emergency evacuation as deemed essential or necessary for the safety of the Patron (and/or other Patrons at the Event).
